Stackup provides technical support to customers from it’s support operating centre in a remote way and also onsite support for hardware related breakfixes.
Thankfully, all the products of Stackup have capability to be remotely managed, customers get an instant multi level support to fix it quickly.
Proactive Health Check
Proactive Health Check ensures the IT solution deployed is functioning to the requisite design and need. The following support services will be provided to end customers of Stacbloc Hyperconvergence, Cloud appliance(s) and IT Automation management platform during the first year of operation and during AMC / subscription period, by Stackup (or authorized support partners).
Technical Support
Support for technical issues pertaining to fore said products and Stackup provided VMs.
Request for Technical support shall be raised via Web support portal – https://97.74.86.150/support, Email – support@stackuptech.com, Telephone – +91 44 46 200 100. Mode of Technical support – Remote via email, telephonic, remote access; On site, if deemed required.
Facilitation of Hardware parts replacement and Software re-installation
Facilitate hardware parts replacement in-line with Warranty terms. Facilitate Stackup provided software re-installation, if deemed required. Facilitate data recovery from Stackup provided VM, if deemed required and technically feasible.
Proactive Health check and maintenance – Quarterly
Host, VM resource consumption & health check; Hypervisor and VM – Log management, software patch updates & upgrade
Corrective Maintenance
Perform maintenance tasks to identify & rectify problems to restore services during breakdown.
Backups / Restoration
Facilitate customer in backup & restore of VM configuration and data.
Deployment of Hardware Upgrade
Based on customer’s Hardware upgrade Purchase Order, facilitate hardware upgrade.
Patch Upgrade
Update of software & firmware patches as released by Stackup for the following
Hypervisor, Stackup provided Storage VM, Stackup provided Security VM, Stackup provided Router VM, Any VM provided by Stackup from VM Catalogue as part of earlier purchase, Host Hardware
Software upgrade
Upgrade of Software to the newer releases as released by Stackup for the following – Hypervisor, Stackup provided Storage VM, Stackup provided Security VM, Stackup provided Router VM, Any VM provided by Stackup from VM Catalogue as part of earlier purchase
